At last , someone to integrate the Telecentre Models

I am excited to know about IDRC's fantastic initiative in bringing together all the Telecentre variants. The proposed web site telecentre.org will be the platform to share ideas and experiments done by various countries . like Ugabytes in Uganda, capetowntelecentre in South Africa, & mission 2007 in India & hopefully the the commercial telecentres or Internet Cafes , what claire beautifully describes as "Demand Driven" telecentre too will find a place.
